Maintenance keeps a manufacturer’s warranties valid. Just like a car oil change, it must be completed for extended warranties to apply.

Do I really get 25% off all repairs?

Yes! Membership discounts are for repairs on the system the agreement is covering. However, this does not include replacements. Replacements are custom quoted.

Is my membership transferable?

Yes, it is transferable to new homeowners in the same house. Importantly, it’s specifically tied to the equipment that was covered before the transfer.

How quick is your priority scheduling?

Our Good Natured Guys are committed to being onsite within 24 hours. That said, 99% of the time we’re there on the day you call.

Do you charge extra for weekends or holidays?

There are no additional charges for nights, weekends, holidays for membership customers.

How often should I schedule maintenance? Will you send me reminders?

We remind membership customers periodically to schedule maintenance visits that are outstanding. They may be scheduled by the customer at any time via phone, text chat, or on our website via the Book Now button. You can even schedule visits multiple years in advance if you wish to do so.
